Terms Overview & Binding Effect

These Terms of Purchase formulate unified standardized transaction rules for all shopping behaviors, order transactions and product purchase activities on our global clean beauty e-commerce platform, and are applicable to all registered users, consumer groups and all purchase orders of platform products. All users who complete account registration, browse platform products, place orders and complete payment transactions shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the provisions of these Terms of Purchase, and these terms shall produce legal binding effect on both users and the platform.
The purpose of formulating these terms is to standardize the platform’s commodity transaction behavior, clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both the platform and users in the commodity purchase transaction process, maintain the orderly operation of the platform’s e-commerce transaction order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties to the transaction. All commodity purchase, transaction settlement, order performance and after-sales processing behaviors of the platform are carried out in strict accordance with these terms, and any transaction behavior that violates the provisions of these terms shall be handled in accordance with the corresponding specification rules.

User Purchase Qualification & Account Specification

All users who carry out purchase transactions on the platform need to have legitimate and independent consumer qualification, and complete account registration and real-name identity verification in accordance with platform rules. Users shall ensure that all personal information provided during account registration and use is true, accurate, valid and complete, and shall be responsible for all purchase behaviors and transaction results generated under their personal platform account. Users are prohibited from registering false accounts, maliciously registering multiple accounts, using others’ accounts without authorization, and engaging in illegal or improper transaction behaviors through platform accounts.
Users shall properly keep their platform account login information and payment information, and all order placement, payment transaction and operation behaviors completed through the user’s account shall be deemed as the user’s independent voluntary behaviors, and the user shall bear all corresponding transaction responsibilities and consequences independently. If the user finds that the account is abnormally logged in or used, he shall notify the platform in a timely manner to take protective measures such as account freezing and password modification to avoid abnormal transaction losses.
The platform has the right to carry out real-name verification and account risk monitoring of user accounts. For accounts with abnormal transaction behaviors, false information registration and suspected illegal transactions, the platform has the right to take restrictive measures such as limiting transaction authority, freezing account functions and canceling account qualification according to the actual situation, so as to maintain the safe and orderly transaction environment of the platform.

Commodity & Price Specification Rules

All commodities displayed on the platform are premium clean makeup and skincare beauty essentials, with clear product information including product name, ingredient formula, efficacy introduction, specification parameters, product pictures and usage methods. The platform strives to ensure that all product display information is true, accurate and consistent with the actual product attributes, and conducts regular inspection and update of product information to avoid false display, wrong description and information lag. All product pictures are real shooting and official display of the platform, which are consistent with the actual product quality and appearance.
The platform implements a unified USD currency settlement standard for all commodity prices, and all displayed commodity prices are final transaction prices, including all product costs, without any hidden fees, additional handling fees and regional surcharges. All commodities on the platform enjoy permanent free shipping services, and the displayed prices do not include additional shipping costs, realizing transparent and one-price shopping for global users. The platform has the right to adjust commodity prices according to market changes, product iteration and promotional activities, and all price adjustments shall be subject to the real-time displayed prices on the official page at the time of user order placement.
After the user successfully places an order and completes the payment, the commodity price of the corresponding order shall be fixed, and the platform will not arbitrarily adjust the price or charge additional fees for the confirmed order. For price adjustment behaviors before order placement, the platform will not provide price difference compensation for historical browsing and unsubmitted orders, and users shall take the official real-time price as the sole basis for transaction settlement.

Order Placement & Payment Transaction Rules

Users can independently select platform commodities, confirm product specifications and quantities, fill in accurate receiving information, and complete order placement and payment operations in accordance with the platform’s process specifications. After the user submits the order, the system will temporarily lock the commodity inventory, and the user needs to complete the payment within the valid payment time specified by the system. If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the order will be automatically invalidated, the inventory lock will be released, and other users can normally purchase the corresponding commodities.
The platform supports a variety of legitimate and secure global payment methods, and all payment transactions are completed through official standardized payment channels to ensure the security and traceability of transaction funds. Users shall ensure that the payment account used is legitimate and valid, and the payment behavior is voluntary and independent. The platform will not bear the losses caused by users’ use of illegal payment channels, false payment operations and personal payment errors.
After the user completes the payment successfully, the system will automatically confirm the order validity, generate an official order number, and record all transaction information completely. The successful payment of the order means that the user and the platform have completed the commodity transaction contract confirmation, and both parties need to perform the corresponding obligations in accordance with the order agreement and these purchase terms. The platform will arrange order processing and shipment in accordance with the unified 1-3 working days shipment rule after the order is confirmed to be valid.

Order Performance & Delivery Obligations

After the user’s order takes effect, the platform shall perform the obligations of product inspection, standardized packaging, timely shipment and global logistics distribution in accordance with the order agreement and platform rules. The platform shall ensure that the delivered products are complete in appearance, normal in function, consistent with the displayed product information, and meet the clean beauty quality standards promised by the platform. The platform shall complete the order shipment within 1 to 3 working days, and complete the global delivery within the unified 6 to 12 working days delivery cycle, and actively track the logistics progress to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
Users shall perform the obligations of providing true and accurate receiving information, ensuring normal receiving and checking the goods in a timely manner. If the user fails to receive the goods normally due to wrong receiving information filling, unreachable receiving address, long-term unclaimed package and other personal reasons, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and losses caused thereby. After the product is delivered normally, users shall check the product appearance, quantity and quality in a timely manner. If any product abnormality is found, they shall feed back to the platform in a timely manner in accordance with the after-sales rules.
Both parties of the transaction shall perform their respective contractual obligations in good faith. The platform shall ensure product quality and logistics service quality, and users shall abide by transaction rules and complete receiving inspection in a standardized manner, so as to ensure the smooth performance of each commodity transaction order.

Order Change & Cancellation Rules

For unpaid orders, users can independently cancel the order at any time, and the system will automatically release the corresponding commodity inventory after the order is cancelled. For paid but unshipped orders, users can apply for order cancellation and full refund through official channels, and the platform will complete the order cancellation and refund processing in accordance with the refund policy specifications. For orders that have been shipped and entered the logistics transportation link, users cannot independently cancel the order, and can only apply for return and refund after receiving the products in accordance with the after-sales return rules.
The platform has the right to cancel abnormal orders that do not conform to transaction specifications, including but not limited to false transactions, malicious snap-up orders, repeated invalid orders, orders with abnormal payment risks and orders violating platform operation rules. For orders cancelled by the platform due to user abnormal behaviors, the platform will explain the reasons for cancellation and complete the fund refund processing in accordance with the rules, without bearing additional compensation responsibilities.
After the order is cancelled, the transaction relationship between the two parties is terminated, and both parties no longer have subsequent transaction obligations. The platform will restore the corresponding commodity inventory and sales status in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of platform sales.

Transaction Rights Protection & Liability Division

In the process of order transaction performance, if the platform fails to perform the shipment and delivery obligations in accordance with the specified time limit, or the delivered products have quality problems inconsistent with the promise, the platform shall bear the corresponding after-sales responsibility, and provide users with return, refund, re-delivery and other solutions in accordance with the policy specifications. If the user violates the purchase terms and platform rules, carries out malicious return, false complaint, malicious evaluation and other improper behaviors, the platform has the right to restrict the user’s transaction authority and pursue the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
For transaction disputes arising from the performance of purchase orders, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation in accordance with these terms and platform policies. If the negotiation fails, both parties can solve them through formal official dispute resolution channels. All dispute resolutions shall be based on these Terms of Purchase, platform official policies and transaction record information to ensure fair and reasonable liability division and right protection.

Terms of Use

Terms Definition & Applicable Scope

These Terms of Use are official unified specification terms formulated for all users’ access, browsing, registration, login and use of all functional services of our clean beauty e-commerce platform. These terms apply to all scenarios where users use the platform’s website functions, browse commodity information, use shopping services, participate in platform activities and enjoy after-sales supporting services. All users who access and use the platform in any way shall be deemed to have fully understood and voluntarily accepted all the contents of these terms, and these terms shall constitute a binding service agreement between the user and the platform.
The core purpose of these terms is to standardize the user’s use behavior of the platform, clarify the rights and obligations of both the user and the platform in the process of platform use, maintain the normal operation order of the platform, protect the platform’s legitimate operating rights and intellectual property rights, and protect the user’s legitimate service rights and interests. All functional services provided by the platform are launched and operated in accordance with these terms, and all user behaviors using the platform’s services shall comply with the specification requirements of these terms.

User Account Use Specifications

Users need to complete legitimate account registration to obtain full platform service use authority. When registering an account, users shall provide true, accurate and complete personal information, and ensure that the registered account information is consistent with their legitimate identity qualifications. Users shall independently bear the management responsibility of their personal platform account, properly keep the account login password, verification information and other account security information, and be fully responsible for all browsing, shopping, transaction and interactive behaviors generated under the account.
Users are prohibited from transferring, leasing, selling and gifting platform accounts to third parties without the platform’s official authorization, and are prohibited from using other people’s platform accounts without permission. For account theft, unauthorized login and abnormal use found by users, they shall take the initiative to take protective measures such as password modification and account freezing, and feed back to the platform in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary losses. The platform has the right to conduct real-name verification and security monitoring of all user accounts, and take restrictive management measures for accounts with abnormal use behaviors.
Users shall ensure that all behaviors of using the account to operate the platform are legitimate and compliant, and shall not use the platform account to carry out any illegal, criminal or platform-prohibited behaviors. Once the account is found to have illegal or non-compliant use behaviors, the platform has the right to suspend the account service authority, freeze the account function or cancel the account qualification according to the severity of the behavior.

Platform Service Use Rules

Users can use the platform’s official functions to browse clean beauty product information, query product details, view platform service rules, place shopping orders, complete payment transactions, apply for after-sales services and participate in platform official activities in accordance with these terms. All services provided by the platform are limited to the user’s personal non-commercial daily shopping use. Users are prohibited from using the platform’s service functions for commercial resale, bulk hoarding, illegal profit-making and other commercial purposes without official authorization.
Users shall abide by the international network use specifications and platform operation rules during the use of the platform, and shall not use the platform to publish, disseminate and spread illegal, violent, false, insulting, discriminatory and other bad information. Users are prohibited from using technical means to attack, invade, crack and interfere with the platform’s normal operation system, prohibited from using plug-ins, scripts, batch tools and other illegal means to operate platform functions, and prohibited from maliciously brushing orders, snapping up goods and interfering with the platform’s normal transaction order.
Users shall use the platform’s service functions in a civilized, standardized and legitimate manner, and shall not damage the platform’s operation order, interfere with other users’ normal use rights, and damage the platform’s brand image and legitimate rights and interests. For all non-compliant use behaviors, the platform has the right to terminate the user’s service use authority and pursue the corresponding legal liabilities.

Intellectual Property Protection Provisions

All intellectual property rights of the platform are protected by international intellectual property laws and regulations, including but not limited to platform page design, text content, picture materials, product introduction copy, logo design, technical system and program code. All contents and functions of the platform are independently developed, designed and operated by the platform, and all intellectual property rights
